We offer a warm welcome to everyone staying with us and visiting Blackpool. 

We are located 8 minutes’ walk from the Winter Gardens and Tower, and within easy walking distance to the beach front and shops. There is limited on-site parking however there is a car park situated on the road just 4-minute walk. 

All rooms are en-suite, and breakfast is bookable at the property, which includes a freshly cooked full English breakfast and also a selection of cereals, toast and jams and unlimited tea, coffee and juice. We do offer evening meals but would need to be booked prior to arrival.
